We believe every player deserves access to the tools, coaching, and systems that help them reach their potential (the kind we wish we had growing up) - not just the few who happen to be in the right place with the right coach.

That's why we exist.

We started Propel Hitting to make high-level player development more accessible, practical, and intentional than we ever experienced as athletes ourselves. Too often, valuable information stays locked behind private lessons, team walls, or years of trial and error. Players are expected to just "figure it out," mental performance gets pushed aside, and development becomes more about fixing swings than helping athletes understand how to compete.

We believe players deserve better.

Our mission is simple: give players what they need to take ownership of their own development.
That means giving them practical tools, clear systems, and honest coaching they can actually use - not just in lessons, but when they're in the box, under pressure, and the game gets hard.

Mechanics matter - we coach them every day. But we believe they're only part of the equation. The best competitors don't just build better swings - they build better decision-making, stronger recovery skills, lasting confidence, and the ability to perform under pressure.

That's why mental performance is at the core of everything we do and create.

Instead of generic motivation or one-size-fits-all advice, we teach practical systems players can apply in the cage, during practice, and when the game is on the line. We help athletes understand why they struggle, recognize the patterns that hold them back, and develop repeatable strategies to compete with greater consistency.

We also know that no two players are the same. Every athlete brings a different personality, learning style, competitive makeup, and set of experiences to the game. Our goal isn't to fit every player into one mold - it's to give them the tools to understand themselves, train with intention, and become more confident competitors.

Whether it's learning how to stop overthinking, recover after failure, or build confidence that doesn't disappear after one bad at-bat, we aim to equip them with the skills, awareness, and confidence to make adjustments, solve problems, and continue growing long after they leave the cage.

Because success isn't built by finding one more swing tip.

It's built by developing the player behind the swing.

I’ve been coaching baseball for 20 years and have worked with hundreds of high school, college, and pro athletes around the country.

In my work with players, parents, and coaches, I solve one core problem for everyone: why swings look great in practice but collapse under pressure in games.

Most coaches see a problem and layer mechanics on mechanics, hoping something sticks. I go deeper, building players who can handle pressure without folding, let their natural swing show up in games, and bridge the cage-to-game gap that keeps most athletes stuck.

I specialize in making things simple, relatable, and understandable.

No fluff. No gimmicks. Just real results that hold up under game lights. â€‹â€‹
